Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Service” — the website enot.gg, the Telegram bot @enotggbot and other Operator interfaces used to place an order.
• “User” — an individual who places an order or uses the Service.
• “Digital goods” — Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium subscriptions, Steam wallet top-ups, Telegram gifts, gift cheques and other intangible catalogue items.
• “Order” — a request to purchase digital goods with a specified recipient and amount.
• “Recipient” — the account credited with the digital goods: a Telegram account by @username or link, or a Steam login.
• “Buy-back” — the reverse operation: the User transfers Telegram Stars to the Operator and receives a payout in money.
• “Referral balance” — an internal reward account spent as a discount on Service orders.

2. Acceptance and changes

The agreement is concluded when you do any of the following: press the payment or order confirmation button, pay an issued invoice, or accept the terms inside the Telegram bot.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and act on your own behalf or with the consent of your legal representative.
• The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is always published at enot.gg/terms with its date and version number.
• Amendments apply to orders placed after publication. An order paid earlier is fulfilled under the version in force at the time of payment.

3. Subject matter

The Operator supplies digital goods and related services. Available lines of business:

• Telegram Stars — credited to the specified Telegram account.
• Telegram Premium — subscription activated for the specified Telegram account for the chosen period.
• Steam wallet top-up — credited to the specified Steam login.
• Telegram gifts — sent to the specified account, optionally with a caption.
• Gift cheques — a cheque for digital goods activated by its recipient.
• Telegram Stars buy-back — Stars accepted from the User with a subsequent payout (section 7).

The Operator decides which lines and catalogue items are offered. A line may be temporarily unavailable — in that case ordering is closed in the interface.

4. Placing and fulfilling an order

• You provide the recipient details and are responsible for their accuracy: @username, account link, Steam login, wallet address, transfer comment or memo.
• Digital goods are normally delivered within seconds after payment confirmation. The maximum fulfilment period is 24 hours from payment confirmation.
• The Operator’s obligation is fulfilled once the goods are credited to the recipient, the subscription is activated, the gift is sent or the cheque is issued.
• If fulfilment is impossible because of the recipient details (account not found, gifts disabled, mistyped login), you may specify another recipient in the order card or contact support.
• The Operator may involve third parties in fulfilment while remaining liable to you within the limits of section 10.

An order left unpaid within the allotted time is cancelled automatically. Paying a cancelled or expired order does not create an obligation to fulfil it — contact support @heIIo_stars, such cases are resolved individually.

5. Price and payment

• The price is shown before payment and fixed when the order is created. Currency rates are applied as of order creation.
• Available payment methods are displayed at checkout: bank cards, SBP, e-wallets.
• Payment is deemed made once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Part of the amount may be covered by the referral balance; the remainder is paid in money.
• The Operator may change prices and tariffs. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Bank and payment system fees are borne by the party initiating the transfer unless stated otherwise in the interface.

6. Referral programme

• You may invite other users with a personal link and earn 30% of their orders.
• Rewards are credited to the referral balance and spent as a discount on Service orders.
• The referral balance is not electronic money, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred to other users.
• The Operator may void rewards and close access to the programme in case of self-referral, fake accounts, artificial orders or any other activity aimed at earning rewards without genuine purchases.

7. Telegram Stars buy-back

Buy-back is a separate operation: you transfer Stars to the Operator and receive a payout by the chosen method (card, SBP). The rules below prevail over sections 4 and 5 where they conflict.

• The payout amount is calculated at the rate applicable when the request is created and shown before you transfer the Stars.
• The payout may be held for up to 21 days as protection against chargebacks and fraudulent transactions. The period shortens as your history of successful operations grows and may not apply at all.
• You confirm that the Stars were obtained lawfully and are not subject to refunds, disputes or third-party claims.
• If Telegram reverses the original payment behind those Stars, the Operator may cancel the payout and, where abuse is established, restrict your access to the Service.
• The Operator may decline a buy-back before the Stars are transferred, or return the Stars if the operation fails verification. Stars are returned by the same route they were received.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. A transfer sent to details you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered by the Operator.

8. Prohibited use

When using the Service it is prohibited to:

• pay for orders with payment instruments you are not entitled to use;
• use the Service for money laundering, financing prohibited activities or circumventing applicable restrictions and sanctions regimes;
• transfer to the Operator Telegram Stars obtained by deception, or initiate chargebacks after receiving a payout;
• create fake accounts, inflate referral rewards, circumvent limits and anti-fraud checks;
• place automated load on the Service, bypass the captcha, or attempt to access other users’ orders and data;
• resell digital goods on behalf of or under the guise of the Service without written approval (integrations are covered by a separate document — the API Partner Terms).

In case of breach the Operator may suspend fulfilment, refuse service, hold a payout pending review and restrict access to the Service. We notify you of a restriction unless notification is impossible or contrary to law.

9. Trademarks and status of the Service

• Telegram, Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium, Steam and other mentioned marks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate compatibility.
• The Operator is an independent seller and is not a representative, partner or authorised agent of Telegram Messenger or Valve Corporation.
• Those platforms’ rules apply to you directly. The Operator does not influence platform decisions regarding accounts, including bans and gift restrictions.

10. Liability

• The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for temporary technical failures.
• Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific order.
• We are not liable for the acts of third parties: payment providers, banks, Telegram and Steam infrastructure.
• We are not liable for consequences of incorrect recipient details provided by you, nor for loss of access to the recipient account.
• We do not compensate lost profits or indirect damages.

11. Personal data and refunds

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Refund conditions and timelines are in the Refund Policy. API terms for companies and sole traders are in the API Partner Terms.

12. Claims, governing law and disputes

• Claims are submitted to support @heIIo_stars or to hello@enot.gg with the order number, date, amount and the substance of the claim.
• We respond to a claim within 30 days of receipt.
• These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator’s place of registration.
• Disputes are settled through negotiation; failing that, by the competent court at the Operator’s location.
